Axia Pricing

Every morning, Axia tells you who to talk to, what to say, and why today.

You don't pay for seats. You don't pay for software you have to run yourself. You pay for actions that move your pipeline, and only when you've approved them.

How billing works

Axia bills completed actions. Not subscriptions-for-features, not per-user seats.

An action only bills when three things are true:

  1. Axia proposed it and showed you exactly what it would do
  2. You confirmed it. Nothing ever runs without your explicit approval
  3. It executed successfully

If Axia gets something wrong and you correct it before confirming, you pay once for the corrected action, never for the misunderstanding. Your approval is the billing event. No approval, no charge.

The lifecycle

Most tools price a send. Axia prices a relationship.

A relationship costs £1.50 to open, once, ever. After that it's £0.60 a conversation for as long as it takes — three messages or three years. When it produces a meeting, that's £12.

Axia doesn't forget people, doesn't get bored, and never restarts a relationship it already has.

New relationship opened £1.50

Find them, research them, log them, make the first approach. Once per contact, ever.

Conversation turn £0.60

One message in an existing relationship, on whatever surface that relationship lives on — written for you from your own records, approved by you, sent.

Meeting booked and confirmed £12

Axia agrees a time in the thread, writes it to your calendar, and sends the confirmation.

Also available

Engagement comment £1.50

A considered comment placed where your prospects are looking.

Market research brief £6

A sourced brief on a market, a competitor, or a sector opportunity — commissioned on demand.

Research on people already in your pipeline is never metered. The research brief is for the world outside it.

Always included, never metered

Talking to Axia. Asking questions. Follow-up tracking, who needs a nudge and when. Research on your existing contacts. Database hygiene. Pipeline maintenance.

Your pipeline is maintained continuously. That isn't an add-on, it's the floor.

What your allowance covers

Included action value is flexible. Spend it on any mix of actions at the prices above. Allowances reset monthly and apply to available actions. Unused allowance doesn't bill.

Your mix will be different. That's the point. You're not buying a feature list, you're buying outcomes in whatever proportion your pipeline needs this month.

Axia exists to eliminate the admin seat, so we will never charge you for one. Bring your whole team in, users are free. One subscription covers one business and its pipeline.

Work out your own mix

Put in the volumes your pipeline actually needs. The number updates as you type, and the recommendation moves down as readily as up.

Your month

The pilot: we set it up with you, free while we do

Axia's first clients aren't self-serve. We configure it around your business by hand: your inbox, your contacts, your voice, your pipeline rules. That's us working alongside you, and it's free while it runs.

Billing starts when the system is doing work you'd pay for. Not before. During the pilot we'll agree the working volume with you, so the pace suits your pipeline rather than a plan.

You'll be using your own CRM, or ClickUp if you don't have one, set up by us. Nothing to migrate, nothing to learn.

Questions

Anything Axia does that produces an external result: a relationship opened, a message sent, a meeting booked, a brief delivered. Internal work — research on your existing contacts, follow-up tracking, keeping records current — is never metered.

No. Opening a relationship bills once per contact, ever. After that it’s conversation, however long the gap.

Then you want Scaffold, not a package. Scaffold is where we build the thing that doesn’t exist yet — a custom agent, an integration, a workflow specific to how you run.

Axia works with what you already run. If you use ClickUp, it plugs straight in. If you don’t have one, we’ll set one up for you as part of onboarding.
