The system runs the business that built it.

V8 Global builds and operates AI systems for SME sales and marketing. Axia, our operating system, has run in production since March 2026 — on V8's own commercial operations, on real email, real clients, and real revenue.

We're in conversation with investors. If that's you, there's a form at the bottom of this page.

Why we rebuilt

Alan ran a CRM product until 2024. It worked, it had customers, and it was the second business he had built in the category.

He wound it down because agentic AI made the underlying premise obsolete. A CRM is a place to put information so that a person can act on it later. Once a system can read the information and act on it directly, the database stops being the product and becomes a component.

Axia is what he built on the other side of that conclusion. It isn't a CRM with AI attached. It's the thing that made the CRM a component.

The integrated picture

Four parts, built to reinforce each other. Each works alone. Together they close a loop most companies have to buy in pieces.

Axia

The product

An AI business operating system for SME sales and marketing. Email arrives; Axia reads it, classifies it, and updates the CRM. Commitments and deadlines become tracked tasks. The pipeline is evaluated and an advancement proposed with evidence. A reply is drafted in the operator's voice — and nothing is sent until a human approves it.

Scaffold

The build infrastructure

The methodology that produced Axia. Human-in at decisions, AI-in at execution. Every module has a verifiable build history rather than a product claim — the architecture is published in full.

V8 Nexus

The distribution channel

An invitation-only executive community launched in London in April 2026. Skills files and courses monetise independently, and every buyer arrives at Axia already educated.

V8 Global

The operating vehicle

The commercial entity, and Axia's first deployment. Every claim is tested under genuine commercial pressure before it reaches a paying client.

Where it is now

Axia's foundation has been live since March 2026 — email intelligence, CRM sync, pipeline management, and the human-approval loop, hardened across six months of production use.

The current work is client scaling: per-client provisioning and tenancy rules, so onboarding the second client looks nothing like a rebuild. Next is the content and outreach layer — persona-driven publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with Axia initiating contact rather than only responding to it.

You can check the work

Most AI companies ask you to trust a demo. V8 publishes the build.

The architecture behind Axia — the data model, the confirmation gates, the testing discipline — is public. The Operator's Log documents build decisions as they happen, including the near-misses and the recoveries, because a system that only reports its successes isn't reporting.

Axia has been in production since March 2026 and has not stopped changing. It went from prototype to alpha under real commercial load, with every fix made against a live system rather than a staging environment.
